Capabilities
During my work as an auditor I have seen various information
systems and accounting systems for trade and production companies, listed on the
stock exchange in Holland. From 1986 till 1987 I gained total knowledge of
Accounting & Auditing.

- As already mentioned above total knowledge of accounting
& auditing during the period 1986-1987
- Capability 2
- After this expierence I started as a Manager
Accounting/IT to gain managerial skills. Due to a bankruptcy motivation
towards emloyees is well tested. Next to this I gained experience in dealing
with banks, lawyers and take over candidates.
- Capability 3
- From the period 1988-1993 I worked my way up till CFO of
a trading company. During this period I learned other fields of the business
like sales, logistics and production. Finally as a general manager I
succeeded in creating management teams and split the company in more
seperate business units with their own legal identity.
- Owing to this knowledge and experience in the Automotive
(Toyota) I started as an interim controller by a large truck rental
company (KAV from 1994-1995), an interim controller by a large car dealer
(Mercedes, Toyota, Renault and Volvo from 1995-1996) and finally as an
interim controller by a subsidiary of Hagemeijer (Saab from 1997-1998).
